SCOPE:
Current state-of-the-art in Geoscience related disciplines with significant focus on "Geo-Information Modeling and Environmental Monitoring" is taken into account in SMPR2015.
Accordingly, applications and research activities reporting an algorithm or a method for modeling surface features as well as monitoring the changes such as natural/man-made disasters, based on Earth observation or Ground based techniques are encouraged to send a paper and participate to SMPR2015.
In order to effectively manage natural disaster, and prevent damages to the community, emergency services require high quality Geo-information and analysis.
