Guidelines for Authors
- The Extended abstracts must be at least 500 words and be no longer than 1000 words.
- Extended abstracts as well the final full papers covering the conference topics should be submitted electronically and using the conference web-tool (see the conference web-tool).
- The papers should be prepared according to the ISPRS guild-lines for preparing manuscripts (http://www.isprs.org/documents/orangebook/app5.aspx) and should not exceed 8 pages in length. Invited papers can be increased to 12 pages.
- Please, consider strictly the deadline for the submission of full papers, (see Important Dates).
- Authors should submit an original paper. SMPR enforces a strict non-plagiarism Policy. We believe that academic research work should be original and therefore, papers that contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected/removed from the conference proceedings.
- The camera-ready papers should be submitted before deadline for full paper submission (see Important Dates)
- For each accepted paper, at least one author must register for the conference prior to the author registration deadline (see Important Dates)
Poster Preparation:
- The poster size for SMPR 2015 is standard A0 (841mm in width and 1189mm in height).
- They should be provided in portrait (vertical) format and not in landscape format.
- The text and content should be large enough to be clearly readable/visible from 1.5 m distance.
- The Conference is responsible to provide materials for mounting the posters.
- Since the conference is international it is highly suggested for all posters to be provided in English language.
