Visa Information for Conference International Participants

 

There are two easy ways to come to Kish Island:

(1) Via Dubai international airport.

(2) Via Tehran or other major cities international airports in Iran.

 

(1) Coming to Kish via Dubai international airport:

• For traveling to Kish Island via Dubai international airport, conference participants need no Iranian visa at the authorized arrival and departure points of Kish Island.
• At Kish international airport, the officials will just stamp your passport, which allows you to stay up to 14 days in the Kish Island.

 

(2) Coming to Kish via Tehran or other major cities international airports in Iran:

• For traveling to Kish Island via Tehran or other cities in Iran, you need an Iranian visa.
• For visiting cities of Iran as tourist, you need an Iranian visa.

A visa application at the General Consulate of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Munich includes:

• Visa application form:

• Passport, min. 6 months validity, with empty page for visa stamp
• A new 3x4 cm² personal photo with white background

  Conference participants could find the relevant visa application fee in the same table, column “Einreisevisum”. This fee is not refundable.

• Conference invitation letter which will be provided by conference office.
• Reference number, will be provided by conference office.
• Return envelope for mailed applications, C4 or C5 envelope format, with enough stamp and no window, addressed as follows, without a sender address:
